Bar & Wait Staff
Bartender and waitress service fees will be assessed on an hourly basis. Minimum bar charges may be required for any party.

Bar/Wait Service Staff
Bartender (each) $10/hour
Waitress (each) $10/hour

Door/Security Staff
If Door/Security Staff is required (or requested) they will be billed at $10/hour (each). Depending on when and where your party is
scheduled you may be required to have a staff person monitoring admittance to your function.

Room Rental / Cover Charge / Entertainment
Room Rental and/or Cover Charge may be added. This varies considerably with the size of the party, day of the week,
area requested and the entertainment provided.

We can help you plan all types of entertainment for your party and give you recommendations. There is a PA system for guest
speaker/entertainment use in both the front and back buildings. Certain entertainment limitations and charges may apply.

We will gladly discuss all of this with the party planner and all charges will be fully disclosed up-front.

The back building can hold approximately 100 people both upstairs or downstairs for a total of 200 comfortably. The front building
can be divided up into smaller sections - ranging from 20 people to 150 people. There is also a private, quiet room in the basement
of the atrium. This room has private bathrooms and can hold up to 75 people. The glass atrium room adjacent to the front music
room can seat 80 people. The building in its entirety can comfortably hold 500 people.

Party Booking / General Info
Please call (317) 631-6974 and ask for Josh Caplinger or Hal Yeagy with any questions or to discuss date availabilities. Typically,
s maller parties can be booked with a weeks notice while large parties need at least two weeks. A non-refundable/non-transferable
50% deposit is required to put a firm hold on your party date. Prices are subject to change until your party is confirmed. Final
person counts and any menu changes need to be given 7 days prior to the party.
All party attendees MUST BE 21 years of age with valid picture ID -
we require 2 pieces of ID for people 27 or younger.

Spirits, Beers & Wine
Alcoholic beverages can be added to any private party.
Full open-bars, limited quantities of drink tickets, limited value drink tickets/open bars or cash bars are all available options.

Alcoholic beverages will be added to any open-bar party at normal bar prices. An 18% gratuity will added.
Gratuity is based on full price - not on drink special pricing.
